Sales Coordinator

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/ Diploma in any field
  • Experience: 1 - 2 years
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia

Responsibility:

  • Supporting sales team on daily operation such as Quotation, request PO, issuing Sales Order and requesting payment
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Planning and scheduling production for delivery

Administrator

Requirements:

  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience: 1 - 2years, Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
  • Candidate must possess at least  Diploma/ Higher Diploma / Degree in any field

Responsibility:

  • To handle staff attendance, claims, compensation and
  • complaints
  • Handle daily administrative works in the office such as office premises and facilities upkeep, tools & equipment,
  • filing documents, vehicles, statutory licensing, tenancy contract and etc
